Im November 2008 einen komplett PC und Monitor beim Peluga gekauft. Leider die Rechnung verschmissen und daher eine Kopie benötigt. 4.3.2010 Mail an verkauf@peluga.at sowie an wien@peluga.at und um Kopie gebeten.Da ein Name auf der Rechnung ist sollte es ja kein Problem sein. Denkste, bis heute nicht mal eine automatisiert Mail erhalten. Pfeif auf den Kunden. 9.3.2010 Anruf in der Peluga Zentrale. Man kann mir nicht weiterhelfen ich soll eine Mail an die Wiener Filiale schreiben. Als ich sagte das ich das bereits vor einer Woche getan habe meitne der Mitarbeiter ich solle halt anrufen. Nun hänge ich schon seit 9:30 am Telefon und keiner hebt ab. Es klingelt einfach durch bis das Handy mit der Meldung kommt "die gewählte Nummer ...." Das sit echt lächerlich, was bei den meistten Händlern wenige Minuten dauert schafft der Peluga nicht in einer Woche. Ich hoffe das im laufe des Tages noch jemand das Telefon abheben wird. |
