Gebührenzähler für das Internet, der bei inkludierter Impulsberechnung die Restsekunden bis zum nächsten Impuls anzeigt. Das Programm startet und stoppt automatisch je nach Internet-Verbindung, und führt Protokoll über die Verbindungsentgelte. Vorerst nur für Österreich bestimmt, theoretisch aber in jedem Land mit einer bestimmten Tarifmodelldatei einsetzbar.
