Das Passwort eines Admins ist hinreichend lang, kompliziert, und wird mit deutlich höherer Geschwindigkeit als normaler (bei einem Admin überdurchschnittlicher) Tippgeschwindigkeit (da gewohnt) eingegeben. Du darfst gerne versuchen zuzuschauen...

wenn der admin bei den workstations öfters mal was vor den angestellten macht und die ihm beim passwort eingeben zuschaun und er als root das gleiche passwort hat ist das ganze kein problem. speziell wenn er keine ssh-keys im internen netz verwendet

Wenn in einer Firma jemand außer den Admins Zugriff auf iptables bzw. die Firewall hat, stimmt sowieso etwas nicht.

hab schon den reboottimer wieder gesetzt, ich dachte eher an einen einzeiler

Ob die Connection dadurch flöten geht oder nicht, hängt von deiner jeweiligen Netzwerksituation ab. Du musst schon selber wissen was du tust.

ok wie wuerdest du es angehen. weisst eh ein fehler und die connection ist dahin

Wo ist das Problem dabei? Es macht doch keinen Unterschied, ob du die Befehle direkt per Tastatur am Rechner eingibst oder über SSH.
