      <description>Hello,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On the 28.10 i canceled an order on K&amp;M Elektronik due to constants delays.&lt;br&gt;I'm still waiting for the refund...they don't replay my last e-mail.&lt;br&gt;Is this normal behaviour? If not, is there any place were i can get information about my consumer rights?
