Investment Co.,Ltd to register "******" as their Internet Brand and Asia
Pacific domains. ist schlicht gelogen. das mail ist eine bekannte masche, dich
zum registrieren der domain zu "nötigen". das dabei der autor, der dich
freundlicherweise darauf hinweist, selbst domainprovider ist, ist natürlich
nur reiner zufall..

stimmt... hab mit denen auch schon bekanntschaft gemacht

Markenrecht ist territorial abhängig. überleg mal ob ihr eure marke in den betreffenden ländern registriert habt.

Ist zu 98% SPAM, nur das ich nicht weiß was sie damit bezwecken wollen. Mehrwertnummern vielleicht?

Auch wenn eine Firma meint das sie eine bestimmte Domainname haben wollen, haben sie nie im gleichen Verfahren recht auf eure Patente, Marken und Copyrights.

Trotzdem: wenn ihr eine Firma seit, habt ihr sicher Kontakt zu einen Anwalt: rede mal mit ihm...

Na be dem Nick samt gmx-Mail-Addy musst du froh sein, nur Spam zu erhalten und nicht gleich Besuch vom Terrorbekämpfungskommando
