      <title>customer service not available during days / availability not correct</title>

      <description>first order at overclockers.uk. Shop looks really good, easy to navigate, good product information. &lt;br&gt;negative points - product availability is not correct, so you see products marked as in stock and the products are not in the warehouse or on backorder.&lt;br&gt;customer service is not available, webnodes model to contact the support is not transparency, normal e-mail usage is not possible with customer service. Live chat is only a nice gimmick but not usable because nobody is on the other line till days.&lt;br&gt;Order management over the webinterface is also not user friendly because you can't cancel an order by yourself you have also to go over the webnodes contact, which nobody response over days. sorry but looks not serious. &lt;br&gt;</description>

There is really no other shop around the www, where i could found such a great community and such amazing stuff! Bought a new OC graphics card and different watercooling-stuff. Payment, Delivery and the amazing support through the forum really make this shop my prefered one.&lt;br&gt;</description>

      <description>If you order something from these guys and it arrives in perfect working condition - no problems.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;If not, and you have to send it back - watch out, particularly if you live outside the UK.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I ordered a Corsair 500R case which was unfortunately damaged - front bezel smashed on one side.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Set up RMA - no problem.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;As I live in Ireland it costs quite a bit to ship something large back, but I stumped for it after being told postage costs would be refunded.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Received refund for the case - not for the shipping to/from - this was almost 50 euros in the end.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;So after expending 50 euros, I have nothing to show for it.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I should have just bought it from another retailer which covers refunding of postage costs - Amazon are unbeatable in this regard.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Definitely not recommended - avoid these guys.&lt;br&gt;</description>

      <description>Eine nachweislich defekte Grafikkarte wurde nicht getauscht. Stattdessen wird behauptet, sie sei in Ordnung. Das Testprotokoll wird jedoch auch nach Androhung rechtlicher Schritte geheim gehalten. Die ergebnislose Überprüfung und der Rückversand werden in Rechnung gestellt. Ich habe widersprochen, da die Karte nachweislich defekt ist. Daraufhin hat Overclockers UK gedroht, daß die Karte bei Nichtbegleichung der Rechnung nach sechs Monaten ZERSTÖRT wird. Gegen diese ILLEGALEN Praktiken setze ich mich derzeit zur Wehr. Ich habe meine Rechtsschutzversicherung mit diesem Fall beauftragt.&lt;br&gt;</description>

      <description>Mehrere Versandoptionen nach Deutschland. Unschön: bei Kreditkartenzahlung muss man eine Kopie einer aktuellen Kreditkartenabrechnung und einen Kontoauszug hinschicken, zur Adressbestätigung. Immerhin wurde das schnell bearbeitet und die Ware am selben Tag versandt (mit DHL Express für 15 ). 2 Tage später war sie dann da.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
