      <description>Ordered a single Kingston ValueRAM SO-DIMM 4GB PC3-12800S CL11 (DDR3-1600) (KVR16S11/4) and received the product within the specified period of time.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Really love the £2.99 delivery fees! :D&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Much more reliable than Systo.co.uk (the latter takes forever to process orders and even longer to actually send them).&lt;br&gt;</description>

      <description>I recently bought a HP Microserver via Ballicoms Ebay store then found out that in order to get the HP cashback offer on both the machine and the onsite warranty they had to be ordered on the same invoice from the same supplier&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The person who dealt with my problem was excellent. He cancelled the ebay purchase and raised another invoice containing both items within an hour of me explaining my mistake as it hadnt been made clear on the HP site&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The product was bought on a monday and arrived tuesday afternoon&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I cant see how anyone could ask for more really&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I personally was very impressed with the service and how helpful the member of staff who dealt with my problem was and will certainly have no qualms about dealing with them again&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;However it might be worth mentioning that the person I spoke to dealt with the ebay side of things exclusively rather than the normal online store&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;But I can only base my review on my personal experience, and from that I would give ballicom 6 out of 5&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

      <title>Ballicom cancelled my order after 3 days.</title>

      <description>My order was cancelled by Ballicom after three days. Tried to buy a USB WiFi adapter by LG. The Ballicom system showed a good price and the product in stock on 01/04/11.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;After working 3 days I got an email saying that I had cancelled the order. TOTAL FABRRICATION! Ballicom cancelled the order because they either couldn't or didn't want to fulfil it and would not admit that. In my view they are time wasters. I suggest that this is a company to avoid if you want good service.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Mr. Andrews&lt;br&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Cambridge.&lt;br&gt;</description>
