      <description>Purchased a printer from this company, the parcel was delivered next day, as promised on their website, by DHL. I was provided a tracking number within hours of placing the order.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The customer service was efficient with the presales technical advice, and I was kept well informed during the whole process.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The only drawback I had was there was no USB cable in the box, however, this is not the fault of this company, as its apparently standard practice with all USB printers (except wireless ones according to Computer Assist)&lt;br&gt;</description>
