I've just received my ordered Asus N73sv and thought I should write some feedback.

First of all, I have to say, that this shop was one of the first that had this new (at that time) notebook offered and in stock, and the price was really good.

The support is lightning fast, they almost instantly replied to my every question.

The only problem I had wasn't really connected with KSN, it was about my bank. KSN uses secure Visa payments (Verified by Visa), but my bank didn't, hence the problem. I would like to mention that the support thoroughly and successfully guided me through the payment process. I even got combined shipping rate for my ordered items.

The delivery was good. I live in Latvia, so the delivery took 7 days for me (as was promised upon ordering), which I think is good, assuming the distance. I was given a tracking number, so I could see the real-time status of my package on FedEx's site. The package was properly packed, with safety labels and such; I could find no evidence of rude handling by FedEx

The notebook itself is working correctly, all the specs correspond to what I ordered. And it looks really cool and stylish.

All in all, in total I saved about $500 comparing to local shops, who by the way still offer only the older N73JQs, so it's a win-win for me.

To summarize: great offers, good prices, lightning fast support, personal approach (at least I felt it), and correct specs on the site.
