Habe vor kurzem eine Panaosnic G7 mit 12-60mm bei UK DIGITAL bestellt.

Lief alles reibungslos ab - Bzw. auch mit dem aktuellen Cashback gab es keine Probleme (!)
(Man kann die Cashback-Aktionen nämlich auch als Österreicher bei Panasonic.co.uk einreichen.)
Auf Nachfrage hin kann man übrigens auch per Überweisung bezahlen.
(Und das bereits in Euros - Man muss also nicht die Umrechnungskosten bezahlen!)

Support vor und nach dem Kauf war auch vorbildlich.
Antworten normal innerhalb von stunden (oder spätestens am nächsten Tag).
Der Versand war schnell (2 oder 3 Tage wenn ich mich recht erinnere).

Alles in allem SEHR empfehlenswert (!)
Besonders für Bestellungen aus Großbritannien.
(Dort gibt es nämlich immer wieder sehr gute Cashback-Aktionen bei Panasonic.
Also von Zeit zu Zeit bei den Panasonic.co.uk Promotions vorbei schauen!)

UK Digital had not only the cheapest but by far the cheapest offer for the white Sony Nex 5R. I had a very special request, namely the Sony 5R in white plus the SEL55200 zoom lens as a package. I have never seen this combination being offered in Europe (only in black). I contacted the store if this combination would be available and Paul replied to me with a surprising yes and he also made this package available in the store (now listed here: http://www.ukdigital.co.uk/sony-nex-5r-double-lens-kit-white.html ).

I would have loved to pay via Paypal, which was not available. Creditcard payment caused issues on my side, so contacted Paul another time to make sure he recieved payment, and only once. Quick reply again and he announced expected delivery time withint 2-3 business days. Only shipment option was UPS, which however is the best service I know in the world, used it in the US and in Europe, continually perfect. 17 from UK to Austria is reasonable.

This ordering was friday afternoon. I activated email package tracking at the UPS site and wednesday morning I received the mail that the package arrived at my recpetion. The white Nex 5R plus the Zoom, all perfectly packed and sealed soon in my hands, can recommend it and will buy again.

Habe über Geizhals-Preise den Shop in Großbritannien gefunden. Habe dort 2 Sony SEL-Objektive bestellt. Zuvor via E-Mail Kontakt gehabt, um die Versandkosten zu erfragen. Diese waren zwar mit knapp 20 Euro für beide Objektive zusammen relativ hoch, die Preise waren trotzdem unschlagbar günstig.

Die Überweisung ins Ausland und die darauffolgende Kommunikation war hervorragend. Tracking-Nummer von Royal Mail erhalten. Die Versanddauer war ca. 8 Tage (davon 4 Tage innerhalb Deutschlands).

Ich werde wieder dort bestellen.
