Zwei ältere Freeware-Tools zum einfacheren konfigurieren & ausprobieren ...

Responding Heads 4 (c) 2010 by Adam Sam & Sam Sam
http://www.adsalife.com/rh4/index.html

Responding Heads is a Windows XP application that enables you to launch programs, commands and actions via voice commands spoken into your PC microphone.

The program uses the MS Speech recognition engine and is very easy to configure. It places a small animated head on your desktop that confirms that spoken commands and adds some animation to the process (this can be turned off).

Responding Heads supports program launching, e.g say `Open Mail` to run Outlook Express, as well as several system and keyboard commands, text-to-speech conversion, and even typing of pre-configured keystrokes. Responding Heads is very easy to set up. And allows for pre-scripted BASIC codes to be executed, You can also let the application dictate what you say or browse folders or the internet with your voice.

FreeVoice (c) 2001 Rohitab Batra @ INDIA + USA

HP: http://www.rohitab.com/freevoice/index.html
DL: http://www.rohitab.com/download.html#FreeVoice (nur 48 KB!)

This software is outdated and no longer supported.
However, since its free, you might as well download and try it out.

Features
- Voice Control – You can use voice commands to control FreeVoice and launch programs. - FreeVoice automatically adds voice commands for all programs on the currently-logged on user’s Start Menu.
- Multiple Characters – FreeVoice can display up to 15 characters (called agents) simultaneously. You can select which agents are to be loaded automatically on startup
- Read from Clipboard – Double-Clicking an agent will make the agent read the text that is currently on the clipboard.
- Read from Files – FreeVoice can read text from plain-text files and play wave sound files.
- TODO List – FreeVoice includes a TODO list that will be read out after the specified duration.
- Reminders – You can set reminders for a specific date and time. FreeVoice will read out the reminder and display a message at the specified data and time.

Requirements

Pentium 100 MHz with 16 MB RAM
Windows 98/NT/2000. FreeVoice will run on Windows 95, however, Reminders will not work.
Windows Compatible Sound Card
Microphone (Required only for Voice Control)
