Mindfactory: Bad delivery system and missing 2 kits of RAM and fan control - Lost over 560€ (1 Beitrag, 17 Mal gelesen)

I'm italian and I just had bad experience with them and their delivery system. I'm very angry with MindFactory because my package missed goods for about 560€!!!

My order:
- 1 x Intel Core 2 Duo Extreme Edition (Conroe) X6800
- 1 x 150GB Western Digital WD1500AHFD Raptor X 10000rpm sATA 16MB
- 2 x Kit 2x1024MB Corsair DDR2 800MHz PC2-6400 CL4 Dominator
- 1 x AeroCool Cool-Panel II, schwarz

But both the AeroCool Cool-Panel II schwarz and the two kits of ram Corsai were missing from the package. After many emails and calls with both DHL and MindFactory, i still don't have anything... but Mindfactory only tell me to talk to DHL. Looks like they don't want to investigate on this issue. Mindfactory admit that they know about thefs for foreign orders, especially in Italy! I have e-mails where it's was written this, look:

"Dear XXX,

unfortunately, comes with foreign endings, especially to Italy, often to
thefts. Unfortunately, the photo is expressive only very slightly. I suppose
that the parcel was opened by a third person and the missing articles were
taken."

It is unaccettable that they both don't change the courier and also sent their packages with 1 ONLY sticky tape!!!! It's too easy opened the packages in this way. Actually i lost over 500€!!

So be careful with them, because if the package miss something is hard for you to get a refund or the missing goods! I still hope that they resolve this situation, but after this experience i think i will not buy anymore from them.
