Hallo,

kennt sich hier jeman mit dem "Microsoft Exchange Server Profile Analyzer" aus?

Ich habe ein Problem mich damit beim Postfachspeicher zu verbinden.

Heir eine Beschreibung des Programmes: MSXFAQ.DE - EPA

Sobald ich "start collect" auf der "configuration" seite mache kommt nach wenigen Sekunden diese Meldung:

Ich habe am Exchange Server den Domänen-Benutzer über die Objektverwaltungs-zuweisung, Exchange-Admistrator-Ansichts rechte gegeben. Sowie auf den Postfachspeicher Vollzugriffsrechte.

Ich habe schon versucht das Programm mit diesen Benutzer über RUN AS zu starten, aber jede variation an anmeldeversuchen ob Administrator, oder priveligerten Benutzer schlägt fehl...

Wie ist der eigentliche weg dieses Programm funktionstüchtig zu bekommen?

Ich freue mich über jede antwort!

Vermute der Benutzer welchen du verwendest hat zu wenig Berechtigung.

ich hab den Benutzer im exchange-manager Exchange-Admin-Only View Rechte gegeben und auf den Postfachspeicher vollzugriff. Ich weiß echt nicht an welcher stelle das hagt?

in jedem fall ist es sicherlich sehr interessant die ganze site davon mal zu studieren.

ich habe die webseite durchgelesen und habe folgendermaßen konfiguriert:

Im Exchange System Managaer habe ich den Domänen-Benutzer (nicht Domänen-admin) "xanalyze" via "Objektverwaltung zuweisen" als Exchange View-Only Administrator eingetragen.

Um das zu erfüllen, habe ich dem Exchange-Server (dem die Speichergruppen untergeordnet sind) im punkt "sicherheit" den Benutzer "xanalyze" Vollrechte gegeben.

"xanalyze" ist nicht in der gruppe der "domänen-admins". Das Programm "Exchange Server Profile Analyzer" habe ich mit "ausführen als.." unter dem Benuzer "xanalyze" gestartet.

Ich weiß nicht, was ich nicht beachtet haben soll :/

ich nehm an damit meinst du das hier

To configure an account that has full mailbox permissions on all mailboxes stored on an Exchange server or on an individual mailbox store

   1. Open ESM.

   2. Right-click the object that you want to grant permissions to and then click Properties. The object can be either an Exchange server and the permissions will be inherited by all mailbox stores hosted on the server, or the object can be a particular mailbox store.

   3. Click the Security tab.

   4. Browse the list of users, and then select the user who you granted Exchange View-Only Administrator permissions for.

   5. Scroll to the bottom of the Permissions list, and then click the Allow boxes for the following permissions: Receive As, Send As.

   6. Click OK to apply the changes.

oder hast das einfach im file system gemacht?

genau das habe ich gemacht.

Habe aber (nach dem es nicht geklappt hat) nicht nur "Receive As, Send As." rechte gegeben sondern gleich Vollrechte.

sag OWA und IIS hast auch auf der maschine laufen?

How EPA collects data from single mailbox

EPA accesses items in user’s mailbox by using HTTP/Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning (WebDAV). This requires that the account that runs EPA has to have Full Mailbox Access. Note that EPA only supports Integrated Windows Authentication (NTLM) authentication at this time. If your server does not have Integrated Windows Authentication enabled for HTTP virtual servers, EPA will fail to collect data. EPA will also fail if HTTP virtual servers on back-end mailbox servers have OWA FBA (Forms-Based Authentication) enabled.

The primary WebDAV methods that EPA uses are SEARCH, PROPFIND, BPROPFIND and X-MS-ENUMATTS. The SEARCH method is used to get the hierarchy table and content table from a folder. To get the actual properties of a folder or of a message item, EPA uses the PROPFIND and BPROPFIND methods. X-MS-ENUMATTS is used to get the attachment table from a message item. Table 1 shows the sets of properties that EPA reads for different types of store objects such as folder, message, attachment and appointment using WebDAV. Table 2 shows a list of collectors EPA calculates based on the properties listed in Table 1.

guter tipp! Ich hab jetzt die formualr basierte authentifizierung deaktiviert und im IIS webDAV aktiviert sowie NTLM authentifizierung angeschalten.

Ich bekomme zwar immernoch die Fehlermeldung, jedoch holt er danach einige daten ab. Aber leider nicht alle! Er registriert nur, dass 14 mails innerhalb eines jahres am exchange server aufgelaufen sind und das ist unmöglich.

Abe rzumindest bin ich weiter.

EDIT: Dein Tipp war super! Also für alle die das Problem auch haben oder haben werden:

1. OWA - formular basierterte authentifizierung deaktivieren
2. im IIS den WebDev-Service "zulassen"
3. im IIS für alle OWA-Dienste die NTLM Authentifizierung aktivieren
