Linux + Windows - Shared Partition?

Kurz geplantes mein Setup:

Laptop - Lenovo W520
Windows 7 + Linux Mint 12 im Dualboot

Festplatten:
120gb SSD
* 90GB [NTFS]für Win7
* 30GB [EXT4] für "/" mounting point unter Linux

500GB HDD 7200RPM:
* 16GB Swap
* 50GB [EXT4]"/tmp" mount für Linux

Bleiben noch etwa 420GB frei für "/home" und als praktisches Datengrab bzw eben als "Shared Partition" die sich Windows und Linux teilen.
Generell möchte ich das sich Windows und Linux sich die Libraries (Documents, Pictures...) teilen sowie auch meinen 15GB Dropbox Ordner damit ich nicht redundante Daten hab.

Jetzt die Frage: Die 420 GB als NTFS verwenden und unter Linux mounten oder als ext4 und unter Windows mit ext2FSD mounten und nutzen?

Verwenden tu ich zeitlich gesehen:
70% Linux (Surfen, Programmieren, der Alltag praktisch)
30% Windows (Word, bald Diablo3, Lightroom)

Was is gscheiter?
