Windows Tablet

Bin auf der Suche nach einem (Windows) Tablet.
Anforderungen sind recht einfach, größer gleich 10", Bildschirmauflösung größer gleich 1920px, mind. UMTS Modem und wenn möglich 2 Jahre Garantie, besser noch eine günstige Garantieerweiterung.
Jetzt bin ich auf Lenovo gestoßen:

Für die Ausstattung wirklich günstig, mit Tastatur.
Gibts da irgendeinen Haken?
Auf was muss man bei solch einem Gerät achten?

Gebraucht wird es zum Surfen, zu 85% und für ein paar Webanwendungen die halt eine Tastatur erfordern, bzw. bei der es mit einer solchen besser geht.
