Meine Radeon 9800pro 128 mb von sapphire erzeugt leider pixelfehler! Hab nichts overclocked..! habs beim NRE kauft und nachgfragt was ich machen soll die ham gsagt, dass die gegen 20€ die graka einschicken und das dauert dann 4-6(!!!) wochen so *PIEP* habs am 14. 01. 04 kauft, sind diese 20€ normal??

Eine RMA-Abwicklung dauert tatsächlich, in ihrem ganzen Umfang betrachtet, locker 1-2 Stunden. Egal, was du dazu meinst.

Es kommen pro Tag einige RMAs.

Tatsächlich ist bei uns ein Mann halbtags mit RAM beschäftigt.

Aber nur die Reparatur-Annahme/Austausch wird ev. von Verkäufern erledigt.

Leider fängt die RMA erst danach wirklich an - auch bei einem Sofortaustausch für den Kunden.

Der erste Test wird von einem Techniker erledigt wie auch die RMA-Nummern-Anforderung.

Der Fehlerbericht, die warenwirtschaftliche Rücknahme wie die Rücksendungsformulare werden auch noch in unserer Technik abgewickelt, dann wandert das defekte Teil in die Versand-Logistik, wo auch die ewigen Rückfrage, wann denn das Trum wieder zurückkommen würde, erfolgen.

Die Technik hat in der Zwischenzeit alle Telefone voll zu tun, die wartenden Kunden (wir machen auch Garantieabwicklung für unsere Kunden, wenn kein Sofortaustausch mehr stattfinden kann) bei Laune zu halten.

Ich bin aber gerne bereit, Dich mal einen Tag RMA machen zu lassen

, auf dass wir sehen können, wo und wie Zeit und Aufwand eingespart werden kann. Bitte einfach melden. Wir wären echt dankbar. Ganz ehrlich.

Nur eines muß klar sein: WIR müssen einen Fehler leider feststellen, lokalisieren und dokumentieren. Die Arbeit nimmt uns keiner ab, sonst kommt die Rechnung vom Distri oder Hersteller wie das Amen im Gebet. Und genau das hält tatsächlich oft schon eine bis zwei Stunden auf.
