Habe bei Cosmos-Sillpark-Innsbruck eine Canon A95 gekauft. 4 Tage später ging der Blitz nicht mehr. Umtausch wurde verweigert, da kleiner Kratzer am Kameraboden. Einschicken zur Canon-Wien. 1 Monat warten. Kostenvoranschlag 123 Euro, da nicht in Garantie, da angeblich Wasserschaden (höchstens nasse Finger bei Skitour!). *TRÖT* abgelehnt, aber per Zufall gesehen, dass der eigentliche Kostenvoranschlag 103 Euro ausmachte. 20 Euro rechnete Cosmos einfach dazu - trotz 4 Tage alter Kamera, trotz 8 tägigem Umtauschrecht, trotz Garantie. Fazit 1: Vergiss Cosmos und kauf im Internet. Fazit 2: Dass Canon den Blitz nicht in Garantie repariert und sich auf einen - nicht zutreffenden! - Wasserschaden hinausredet, ist für so eine Firma schon sehr schwach. Künftig doch wieder Nikon.

umtauschrecht bezieht sich auf funktionsfähiges unbeschädigtes gerät, meist mit originalverpackung

in deinem fall kann dies gar nicht angewendet werden, ist doch logisch, oder?

zum wasserschaden möchte ich nichts sagen, da ja aussage gegen aussage steht und ich unparteiisch bleiben möchte
