Auf meiner Visistenkarte steht "Network services". Sags mir

Also die Programmiersprache dafür haftbar machen, wenn ein Programmierer schlecht programmiert ist Schwachsinn.

Mach ich nicht, ich sage nur dass eine gewisse Grundtendenz in vielen Projekten zu erkennen war und ist. OTOH gibts genug Projekte die PHP sinnvoll verwenden und gut programmieren, ob sie ab einer gewissen Dimension mit anderen Sprachen nicht besser bedient gewesen wären sei dahingestellt, ist alles nur eine Gewohnheitssache.

Dass PHP "schlechte Programmierangewohnheiten" fördert/fordert ist jedenfalls nicht so leicht aus der Welt zu räumen (vielleicht wirds in PHP6 etwas mit dem 'use strict;'...).
