sehr gut. Ich hoffe, dass der VKI einige Fälle sammelt und amazon damit endlich ordentlich eine "gsunde Watschn" verpasst.

sag einmal, arbeitest Du für amazon oder bist Du bezahlter Lobbyist von denen?

In diesem Thread geht es nicht darum, wie gut, kulant oder sonst was Amazon "generell" ist.

Hier geht es um (zumindest) einen ganz konkreten, spezifischen Fall, in dem amazon ordentlich versagt hat und keineswegs "kulant" agiert hat. Dass es der - bekannt vorsichtige, duckmäuserische und recht zahnlose - VKI öffentlich aufgegriffen hat, bestärkt mich in der Vermutung, dass es (zahlreiche) weitere, ähnlich gelagerte Fälle gibt. Und dass ein Teil der häufigen "konsumententäuschung" im online-Versandhandel wieder einmal gezielt angegangen werden. Das fidmne ich sehr gut. Für mich. Und für alle normalen menschen, die gerne auch einmal etwas online einkaufen, und es HASSEN, dann vom Händler mwochen- und monatelang verarXXXt zu werden.

Egal, ob das amazon selbst ist oder einer der unzähligen mehr oder eher weniger seriösen und vielfach "ominösen" marketplace-Drittanbieter. Für Letztere würde amazon übnerigens volle Länge "mithaften", wenn es nach mir ginge. Wer unseriösen Händlern auf seiner Plattform Platz bietet ... mitgehangen, mitgefangen. AUch aus diesen Überlegungen heraus sehe ich amazon keineswegs so rosig wie viele andere hier. Aber darum geht es im Moment wie geasgt gar nicht.

Ich finde es hier einfach sehr gut und absolut notwendig, dass das Verhalten amazons öffentlich durchleuchtet und angeprangert wird, wenn es nicht passt.

Es ist nämlich wesentlicher Teil eines viel größeren Problems: bei der "Behandlung der Online-Konsumenten in Österreich" in Relation zur "Behandlung (inkl. Belieferung!) der Bewohner Deutschlands und anderer, großer EU-Länder" stimmt Vieles nicht. Bei amazon, aber auch bei vielen anderen online-Händlern.

Das hat teilweise nationale Ursachen, teilweise ist es aber auch reine Firmenpolitik. Da gehört ordentlich "hineingestochen", das ist die einzige Chance, darauf, dass sich an einer oder beiden Ursachen dieser pauschalen Diskriminierung der Österreicher als Bewohner eines relativ kleinen EU-Landes etwas ändert. Es ist darüber hinaus ein wichtiges Element im Kampf gegen den Umstand, dass sich große Konzerne die Rosinen aus dem Globalisierungskuchen picken, während "Helga und Otto Normalverbraucher" primär die Nachteile der Gloablisierung fressen muss und brav schlucken soll.
