Yo Yo ihr Geizhhälser,

mich interessiert mal, was ihr von Probiotika haltet: und ich meine jetzt nicht diese dämlichen Wunderheil – Joghurts. Hab mich in letzter Zeit mal intensiver mit dem Thema auseinander gesetzt und bin eigentlich auf einige wirklich spannende Blogs/ Diskussionen gestoßen. Bsp.: Blog
Bin jetzt eigentlich nicht so der Naturheilkunde/ Esoteriker Typ, aber es klingt schon irgendwie spannend. Vielleicht sollte man es mal ausprobieren…was sagt ihr? Erfahrungen? Aufklärungen? Meinungen?
