so - das system steht und nachdem ich mir gestern fast die ganze nacht um die ohren geschlagen habe, weil ein verdammter gehäuse-lüfter die ganze zeit das system eingefroren hat (war am mb angeschlossen und schuld daran, dass sich der pc aufgehängt hat - teilweise noch bevor ich ins bios reingekommen bin), kann ich jetzt endlich nach installation der wichtigsten software auch einen erstes resultatmeines einkaufs bekanntgeben....

xp1700+ (JIUHB)
arctic copper silent mit arctic silver III
2x 256mb infineon (333 - cl2,5)

rest der hardware interessiert ja momentan nicht, da es ums oc geht....

default hatte ich eine temperatur von 36°C (belastet hab ich ihn aber nicht getestet)
dann wurde 12,5 x 166 im bios eingestellt und seitdem rennt mein xp2600+

keine veränderungen der spannung - bis jetzt kein absturz.
speicher ist noch default - da wird später gebastelt....

im bios zeigt er mir jetzt eine temp. von 45°C an --> und jetzt ...
MEIN ERSTES PROBLEM:

mbm 5.0 gesaugt und versucht meine temp im windows 2k anzuzeigen... egal welche sensoren ich da einstelle ich bekomme absolut schwachsinnige werte:
entweder viel zu wenig (27) oder viel zuviel (120)... jemand eine idee wie ich die aktuelle temp richtig unter win2k auslesen kann?

hab' jetzt mal im bios eine warnungstemp von 50°C und eine abschalttemp von 60°C einegegebn (weniger ist nicht gegangen) --> ich hoffe, dass mir, bis ich auch im win die temp erfassen kann, die cpu nicht abfackelt (sollte so ja genug gesichert sein, oder?)
