Passive Kühlung

ich will mir ein möglichst sehr leises system anschaffen, leistung steht nicht im vordergrund, da es sich nur um einen zweit-pc handeln wird. habe auch schon die via epia-serie ins auge gefasst, allerdings bietet sie mir für den preis dann doch zuwenig leistung, zumal man auch nicht ganz ohne lüfter auskommen dürfte.
ich habe mir jetzt überlegt, einen duron auf einem board mit integr. grafik, am besten nforce, zu kaufen.
meine fragen dazu:

a) ist es möglich z.b. einen 900er duron (derzeit der billigste) rein passiv zu kühlen, z.b. mit dem kupferkühlkörper eines volcano 7+ o.ä.?
b) ist es ferner möglich, die igp dieses brettls: http://www.geizhals.at/?a=45675  passiv zu kühlen (ich denke da an einen zalman-kühlkörper).
c) wie leise sind die http://www.geizhals.at/?a=12166  (papst 8412ngl) wirklich? (weil ganz ohne durchlüftung wird es wohl doch etwas stickig werden. ich würde mir dann bei cw-soft dieses "Antinoise Netzteil Levicom Silent 300 W ATX mit Papst 8412NGL Doppellüfter(!)" zulegen)
d) kann mir jemand ein möglichst kompaktes atx-gehäuse empfehlen?

was meint ihr?
