Hi

Hab heute wieder mal diese nette Mail bekommen und sie mir auch zum ersten mal durchgelesen. Dabei ist mir aufgefallen das anscheinend alle User die gleiche Mail bekommen, egal ob man nun Chello oder Chello+ hat. Dann ist mir auch aufgefallen das in der Mail erwähnt wird das bei Chello+ jedes weitere GB 12 kosten soll. Da ich aber eh schon Chello+ habe und garantiert jedes Monat über die 10GB gekommen bin, mir aber noch nie irgendwas zusätzlich berechnte wurde, hat mich das zugegebenermaßen ein wenig verwirrt. Am Ender der Mail wird dann ja auch noch erwähnt das man sobald man über 20GB kommt die Geschwindigkeit auf 56kBit/s verringert wird. Macht aber irgendwie auch keinen Sinn wenn man ohnehin schon Chello+ hat und sie dir den zusätzlichen Traffic sowieso verrechnen (zumindest in der Theorie).

Also, wie wird das ganze nun wirklich gehandhabt ??
