hab für eine bekannte den pc neu aufgesetzt, und krieg jetzt das internet nicht mehr hin.

vorher war win98 drauf, jetzt windows 2000. modem is ein altes kathrein glaub ich, hängt per netzwerk am pc.

wenn chello über die nic geht, geht das ganze ja über die mac (hardware) adresse. und die is ja nic-abhängig und sollt sich ja auch beim neuaufsetzen nicht ändern?!

die lan-verbindung sendet zwar daten, empfängt aber genau null.

ip adresse hab ich keine fixe eingetragen, dns server auch nicht (müsst ja wurscht sein, habs auch mit dns-servern probiert, geht auch nicht).

mit ipconfig /all bekomm ich eine ip (wahrscheinlich die von der nic), auf die ich auch pingen kann. nur drüber hinaus geht nix.

bei ipconfig /renew kommt teilweise folgende meldung:
"Der folgende Fehler ist bei der Erneuerung von Adapter Chello aufgetreten: DHCP Server nicht verfügbar"

bei ipconfig /release kommt teilweise (je nach test und einstellung):
"Nicht alle an DHCP gebundenen Adapter haben DHCP Adressen. Die Adresse wurde automatisch konfiguriert und kann nicht freigegeben werden"

wie gesagt, je nach test und probieren anders. manchmal steht bei /release auch, dass alles freigegeben ist.

Was könnt da noch der Fehler sein? Bin um jeden Tipp seeeeeeehr dankbar!
