mozilla problem

hab gerade meinen firefox browser gestartet und da ist ein kleines fenster gekommen, ich soll ein benutzerprofil wählen.
es gab bereits ein vorhandenes profil "default" das konnte man nicht auswählen, er schrieb, dass dieses profil gerade in verwendung ist.
hab dann ein neues profil angelegt und dann ging der browser wieder, aber alle voreinstellungen (links, favoriten, layout) waren weg

wie komme ich wieder zu meinen favoriten ???
kennt jemand das problem
