in der Theorie hört sich immer alles gut und wunderbar funktioniert an - da geb ich dir recht...

In der Praxis, und hier werden mir wohl 90% der Leute zustimmen, sind CC eine Plage, erschweren die eigene Arbeit, durch das dauernde "weiterverbinden und nie wieder den erreichen den man anfangs hatte" wird eine Problemlösung teilweise nicht erschwert sondern so gut wie unmöglich gemacht.....................

Und hier red ich mal aus der Praxis und von einem CC das wohl ein paar 1000 Techniker weltweit mit Informationen versorgen soll....wo das aber so gut hinhaut das ich mich heut lieber 30h hinsetz und Fehler suche als da auch nur einmal anzurufen......................

auch mein letzter Anruf bei Tele 2 war nett....i net wollte nicht, also angerufen

"jo da müssens was einstellen das das klappt"
"und was genau bitteschön"
"das steht im internet"
"da komm i aber nicht rein-denn sonst bräucht i nit anrufen"
"jo da habens dann echt ein Problem..."

So und nicht viel anders sind aber leider 99,9% der Callcenter Anrufe.....................

einzig, und das ist mir schon öfter aufgefallen , bei A1 / Telekom scheint das gut zu klappen, da sitzen Leut die auch bis 3 zählen können und auf die Internetfrage nicht mit schauens im Netz nach antworten

Alles in allem HASSE ich CC und ich mache sie dafür verantwortlich das der Kontakt Kunde-Firma heute wohl fast immer schlecht abläuft wenn ne Fa ein CC betreibt

Ein guter Kontakt Kunde-Fa hängt meiner steht und fällt meiner Meinung nach damit das ich EINEN Ansprechpartner hab der sich um mein Problem kümmert und genau DAS wird mit CCs unmöglich gemacht
