Nachdem ich durch Apple Deutschland gesagt bekommen habe, dass mein Iphone keine deutsche Ware ist, wurde mir klar, warum Apple eine Garantie ablehnt und ich mich an meinen Händler wenden muss. Redcoon verkauft Geräte aus dem Ausland und weist die Kunden nicht darauf hin. Dann bekommen die es nicht auf die Reihe, die Ware im Ursprungsland reparieren zu lassen.
Hintergrund: Die Plastik am Iphone hat bekanntermaßen die Neigung zu Haarrissen, welche auch immer wieder kommen nach einer Reparatur. Daher der Tip auch vom Redcoon als auch vom Apple Mitarbeiter, das Gerät vor Ende der Garantiezeit reparieren zu lassen (hoffentlich hat man deutsche Ware...)
