Fast jeder von uns hat einen Brenner! Jeder brennt Spiele, Videos,
Musik-CDs, Betriebssysteme etc.

Man sagt ja, daß das alles verboten sei, aber es tut doch jeder,
was will die Polizei dagegen machen???? Gibt es in Österreich
eigentlich irgendeine Instanz, die sich um solche Sachen kümmert?
Ich kenne niemanden, der schon wegen so einer Sache Probleme
bekommen hat.

Ist es strafbar eine Kopie zu erstellen, oder nur dann, wenn man
diese Kopie verkauft?

Was ist, wenn ich die Kopie verschenke oder gegen eine andere Kopie
tausche ohne dafür Geld zu verlangen?

Darf man DVDs auf CDs rippen?

Wie siehts mit Musik-CDs aus?

Wie ihr sehen könnt, kenne ich mich in der "Piraterie-Szene" nicht
besonders gut aus, deshalb wäre ich froh, wenn mir jemand helfen
könnte.
