Notarrechnung !?

Wie lange im nachhinein darf ein Notar eigentlich eine Rechnung für eine Tätigkeit ausstellen.

Es geht um eine Verschreibung die mittlerweile vor 4 Jahren stattgefunden hat, und ich jetzt eine Rechnung (>300) dafür bekommen habe.

Darf der so spät noch eine Rechnung dafür ausstellen, oder ist sowas schon "verjährt" ??
