Kann nur positives über den Laden sagen!

Hab mir extra diesen Ausgesucht weil Läden wie Mindfactory angeblich 15-20% vom VK einbehalten wenn man vom FernAG gebrauch macht - ja selbst wenn man nur die Verpackung öffnet!

Wie soll man eine Ware in seiner Verpackung bitte testen ?

Leider hatte der TFT Monitor (Belinea 101920 8ms s-MVA) einen konzeptionellen Fehler:
wenn man genau mittig aufs Display schaut, ist in der linken und rechten untere Ecke eine deutlich Erhellung zu sehen die sich vergrößert/veringert ja nach Betrachtungswinkel - kurz gesagt die Pannelscheibe streut das Backlight - es ist KEIN Ausleuchtungsfehler.

HoH hat anstandslos und schnell den Kaufpreis erstattet.

In Zeiten, wo Händler Kunden dumm kommen, sind Läden wie HoH eine *eXtra* Empfehlung Wert!

Sorry to say but my experience with HoH was not so positive. I selected HoH because of its apparent high rating in the customer satisfaction, but let me share with you what happened to me. I made my order of a video projector on Oct 10, which HoH ackowledged immediately. Similarly it acknowledged the recipt of my money three days later. I received the tracking number of the packet on Oct 17. Soon after that I got the message that the company had made an error. No packet was ever sent and the company was unable to deliver the order. I felt cheated. The AGB of HoH reserves the right to change the conditions of the sale within 48 hours after the confirmation of the order. In my case HoH changed the ocnditions of the order after one week after HoH had acknowledged my order. I protested, but HoH stopped replying to my e-mail messages. I asked my money back by e-mail and I called the customer service The customer service explained that they have to recheck whether indeed no packet was sent. Again they promised to send me an e-mail, but unfortunately I received none. Eventually I did receive my money back after one month after I had paid for the order, but I had lost a lot of time of worry and 23.75 euros in the banking services. Obviously I was disapponted after HoH cancelled my order. Still, for a while I was willing to consider changing my order, but their lack of communication made it impossible.
