Unglaublich, da bin ich seit über 3 Jahren Chellokunde, ruf heute wegen einer Unklarheit auf meiner Rechnung dort an und höre "Ihr Chello Anschluss wurde gestern gekündigt". Wie ich nun seh hab ich in all den Monaten 5x eine Mail mit der Warnung bekommen, dass sie meinen Vertrag auflösen würden - nur leider hab ich diese chello Adresse noch nie benutzt..
Der Typ an der Hotline meint das ist zu 99,9% fix. Das gibts doch nicht, dass man da nichts dagegen machen kann. Kann ich nicht irgendwie beweisen, dass ich mich das 1.Mal gestern in mein Chello Webmail Account eingeloggt habe?
Da sollte wohl ein bisschen Entgegenkommen seitens UPC da sein oder?
Was kann ich jetzt machen??
