Hallo Leute,

es wird ja immer geradezu löblich vom Ditech-Support gesprochen. Diese Einstellung kann ich im Moment leider nicht nachvollziehen.

Warum ich das hier ins Forum schreibe und mich nicht direkt an den Support wende? Ganz einfach, ich erreiche niemanden.

Mail am Montag den 12.02.2007 an rma@ditech.at geschickt. Bis heute keine Antwort.
3 x Anruf an RMA-Abteilung am 12.02.2007 (0810 600 800 700) - niemand erreicht, mailbox hebt ab
2 x Anruf an RMA-Abteilung am 14.02.2007 (0810 600 800 700) - niemand erreicht, Nachricht mit der bitte um Rückruf hinterlassen (inkl. Angabe von Name, Kd-nr. und Tel.Nr)
2 x Anruf bei RMA-Abteilung am 15.02.2007 (0810 600 800 700) - niemand erreicht, mailbox hebt ab
2 x Anruf bei der Verkaufs-Abteilung am 15.02.2007 (0810 600 800 600) - niemand erreicht, es hebt niemand ab.

Alle Anrufe wurden zwischen 14-17 Uhr getätigt.

Wenn sich die Firma Ditech bitte um mein Anliegen kümmern würde, wäre ich sehr froh darüber. (an die Ditech-Mitarbeiter: Meine Kd-Nr. bekommen Sie per PM auf Anfrage)
