Im moment geht es ja ordentlich rund in der Filesharingszene, was man so im Internet lesen kann. Viele Leute sollen abgemahnt (die zahlen sollen die 10.000 weit übersteigen) werden, wenn sie ein Programm runtergeladen haben.
Die Wunderwaffe wurde von der logistep AG mit Sitz in der Schweiz produziert
Wäre eine Abmahnung auch in Österreich möglich? Wie sieht dazu die gesetzliche Lage aus?
