Hallo, ist ein Händler verpflichtet, ein Bios Update auf Garantie/Gewährleistung durchzuführen oder darf er dafür was verlangen ?

Aktueller Fall: System hängt (WIN2000 inkl SP2) nach einiger Zeit, Händler testet System, tauscht Komponenten - keine Verbessungerung. Erst nach dem Flashen auf ein neues Bios funktioniert das System einwandfrei.

Darf der Händler jetzt was verlangen dafür oder nicht ? Gibt es da gesetzliche Richtlinien ?
