also ich bin begeistert vom Apple Support in Deutschland.

ich hatte einen grossen gelben fleck im display nach 5 monaten nutzung, der bei laengeren gebrauch des iphones immer deutlicher wurde.

am mittwoch den 12.10 habe ich am abend den support angerufen und das problem geschildert. am 13.10. um 9:19 uhr holte ups das telefon schon ab, am freitag hatte apple es in holland.

am freitag nachmittag bekam ich die mail das ich ein ersatzgeraet bekomme, kurze zeit spaeter die info das es verschickt wurde mit tracking nummer, heute frueh um 9:00 uhr hatte ich es schon wieder in der hand. und es war ein komplett neues geraet.

das ging echt schnell.
