Nach dem SGS und dem SGSII trotz nicht berauschender Softwarepolitik von Samsung und nicht ganz perfektem Design sicher mein nächstes Handy!

Ist mir zu gross. Das Galaxy Nexus ist sogar ein paar mm schmaler, und selbst dieses lässt sich schon mit einer Hand nicht mehr sicher bedienen ohne dass man ständig das Gefühl hat, dass es jetzt gleich runterfallen wird (ich habe mich von meinem gestern getrennt). Unterm Strich wär das Nexus ohnehin die intelligentere Wahl; das S3 nimmt unübersehbare Anleihen am Nexus-Design, und ist auch technisch ist nur eine leicht aufgebohrte Variante davon (anderer SOC, SD-Slot, 0.15" mehr Diagonale), kostet aber 250€ mehr. Ich bezweifle dass zZt irgendjemand 4 Kerne in einem Smartphone benötigt. Darüberhinaus legt Samsung mit dem S3 die übliche Bauart auf den Tisch - Plastikschale mit Glanzrand, also nichts zu sehen von den kolportierten Wundermaterialien. Bei 600€ Boliden erwarte ich mir da schon etwas bessere Haptik.

Laut Benchmarks die auf Computerbase bereits verlinkt sind, ist übrigens das HTC One X gleichauf, hat den besseren Schirm (keine Pentile-Verarsche) und ist dank Unibody sicher von merkbar hochwertigerer Bauqualität. Hätte nicht gedacht dass HTC da so gut vorlegen konnte - ist bei den grossen Androiden definitiv das Gerät des Jahres (wenn man dieses in der Hand hat stellt sich unmittelbar ein starker Willhaben Effekt ein).
