Hallo,

Ist es moeglich, eine kaputte IBM-Platte auch direkt zu IBM hinzubringen? (Lassalle-Strasse oder wo die in Wien da sind..) Weil ich hab weder grosse Lust die Platte jetzt schoen verpackt in die Niederlande zu schicken (Vorschlag von der IBM-Website) noch zum Geschaeft zu gehen (erstens weil das Geschaeft fuer guten Support nicht direkt bekannt ist und zweitens weil sie auf den Systemschein eine falsche Seriennummer geschrieben haben, d.h. noch mehr Problem und beim gegen Probleme ankaempfen bin ich sowieso nicht gut..)
