Meine Klima hat trotz jährlichem Service mit Befüllung und Reinigung am Wochenende nach 7 Jahren den Geist aufgegeben. Da ich diesen Wahnsinn (ca 5 mal reparieren und befüllen, bis ich aufgab) schon einmal mit einem VW durchlitten habe, möchte ich diesmal recht schnell zu einem Profi.

Wer ist in Wien die Spezialfirma für Klimareparaturen bei VW's ? Porsche Liesing ist es definitiv nicht.

UPDATE: Laut Diagnose Ginner war der Klimakompressor incl Magnetkupplung im Eimer. Dank 8 Jahren Laufzeit macht eine getrennte Reparatur keinen Sinn und das Ding wurde komplett getauscht. 1027€ Euro und es kühlt wieder.

Das ist ein lupenreiner Geländewagen.

Das ist gut so. Ich mag keine Pseudo-Geländewagen.

auf der Autobahn 7 Stunden im Stau nach Jesolo

Dafür gehört man sowieso in eine geschlossene Anstalt. Wegen der 7 Stunden Stau. Und wegen Jesolo. Falls es einen doch einmal erwischt, ist das wichtigste eine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Wie man hört, wäre das also eher ein Argument gegen VAG als gegen andere Fabrikate. Beim Landy kann man zusätzlich noch aufs Dach klettern, wenn einem im Stau langweilig ist: Doppelplusgut.

Das stimmt so nicht mehr. Die haben jetzt Ford-Motoren, das ist gute Baukastenware auf zeitgemäßem Stand. Auch die generelle Verarbeitungsqualität ist deutlich besser geworden.

der Verbrauch ist standesgemäß

Soll ich etwa nicht standesgemäß reisen? Verbrauch ist ausserdem nur eine Komponente der TCO.

Straßenlage: Wankend in der Kurve, nickend beim Bremsen

Ich habe in jüngeren Jahren Westeuropa mit einem Samurai durchquert. Ich kann noch einigermassen fahren und verfalle nicht in Panik, wenn mal was wackelt.

Das gehört sich auch so. Es ist immer gut zu wissen, ob die Räder noch Bodenkontakt haben.

elektronische Fahrhilfen gehören selbstverständlich nicht in einen
puristischen Offroader

ABS ist drin. Alles andere brauche ich nicht. (Ok, eine Ausnahme: Abstandsradar mit Tempomat und Bremseingriff. Das ist echt eine sinnvolle Innovation, und tatsächlich ein Minuspunkt beim Landy.)
