Hallo,

ich möchte mein Girokonto wechseln, weiß aber nicht unbedingt zu welchen ich wechseln soll. Daher wollte ich euch fragen - wo seit ihr? Seid ich zufrieden? (Service, Kosten).

Ich bin im Moment bei der Bank Austria - finde die Bank an und für sich auch ganz okay, hatte kaum mi der Bank zutun, da ich sehr viel Online erledige. Einzig geh ich manchmal (einmal im Monat) Geld abeheben - ca. 1500€ (Fürs einkaufen, usw - zahle sobald ich das Haus verlasse, also nur mit Bargeld und möchte damit auch nur zahlen). Und (einmal im Quartal) lasse ich mir die Münzen aufs Konto überweisen - gibt es Banken die das in ihrem Service inkludiert haben? Also viel Online und (am besten) Gratis geld abheben.

Zu Easybank, Hellobank hab ich mich schon informiert - da bin ich etwas skeptisch, daher auch dieser Thread. Habt ihr Erfahrungen damit? Muss man regelmäßig ein Geld einbezahlt bekommen (Gehalt, Pension, what ever? ) .

Tolles Referat, ich kann dich in nur Details widerlegen, vor 19 Jahren gab es schon Papier-TAN's in der Easy, aber darüber hinaus auch massenweise Codes und ich erinnere mich dass es nur telefonisch ging, oder es gab beide Varianten, jedoch war die Bedienung bei den Überweisungen streßig, Vorlagen wie heute gab es nicht (es gab zwar, aber nur für Empfänger, nicht für weitere Daten), und die Leute an der Leitung zu haben war schwerer als 6 im Lotto.
Nun das wird sicher heute viel besser sein...
Und noch was: man konnte nicht eine Überweisung speichern und die nächste vorbereiten, sondern man alles vorbereiten (in Einzelne oder in Gruppe) und versenden, ich glaube es war am Anfang nicht einmal möglich die Daten zu bearbeiten, sondern man musste löschen und neu eingeben. In die Richtung war die Steinzeit-Easy, aber ich weiß dass dauernd waren Updates vorhanden. Lustig war, dass obwohl es Onlinebanking geheißen hat, die Installation ging nur über eine CD, nicht direkt auf die Webseite, sondern über ein Programm.
Sonst, du bist gut informiert, betreffend die Hello hast du auch Recht (und das ist für mich ein Manko noch) dass man wenige Filiale findet (ich arbeite im 1. Bezirk im Wien und dort habe ich eine Filiale ums Ecke neben dem Graben, aber das ist Glückssache).
Onlinebanken sind nur für die Not, wo man peanuts gratis auf dem Konto haben kann. Richtig saftige Girokonten führt man über normale Banken weil für eine Hypotheke ist die Suppe zu dünn bei den Onlinen...
