I found this website while shopping for a Ryzen processor. They had a very good price on the R5 1600, but I was a little unsure about the website's legitimacy. This was mostly due to some bad English translations which was disconcerting considering that the bottom of the website boasted a UK office address. The company is actually based in Paris, as it turns out.

The website reported good stock levels of the 1600, so I went ahead with my purchase, using a credit card for buyer protection.

Card payment was easy and well handled. No problem there. My website account updated very quickly to a status of 'Confirmed'.

I had to contact the company for shipping information as I didn't see an update for a few days (order placed late on a Friday night). The response was quick, though I didn't get the info I needed immediately.

I was then contacted by phone a day or so later. The call was an unblocked number from Paris. I would have ignored it had I not discovered that the company was shipping out of France! This should be more visible on the website. The call was to inform me that there was no stock of the 1600, but that I would be receiving a R7 1700 in its place if I would accept. That was a good move and a great gesture.

Shipping information was provided and the 1700 arrived a couple of days later.

My feedback would be to improve the translation quality of the English website, disclose that the company is shipping out of France, and to be a bit sharper on order control. However, my experience has been mostly positive, and I will buy from these guys again. Keep improving!

Geldverlust und Zeitverschwendung!
Habe mich von dem günstigen Preis für eine Sony A7 Digitalkamera locken lassen. Erst buchen sie den falschen Betrag von der Kreditkarte ab (zu wenig), Wochen später nach meinem Anruf Aufforderung den Restbetrag zu senden. habe ich gemacht (17. Okt. 2017). Dann Lieferbestätigung. Dann Stornierung ohne Kommentar. Restbetrag von knapp 100 EUR ist bis heute (24.11.2017) nicht erstattet worden. Man kriegt niemanden ans Telefon. Auf der Rechnung keine Adresse, Telefon, Steuernummer. Preis wird in UK Pounds angegeben, dann buchen sie diesen Betrag in Euro ab. Website zeigt Adresse in London, bei Anruf landet man auf einem Anrufbeantworter mit französischer Ansage. Und wenn man dann doch jemanden kriegt: John, Fabrice sind freundliche Schwätzer, die alles Mögliche versprechen:
"I already sent to my finance to send you a bank transfer for 95,03 there's no fraud here ... I understand your disappointment and for all the b d behavior of my finance please accept again my apologies." Best regards. Fabrice
Oder so: "I will Fix this issue and give you a better price on your product wait email from me."
Nur auf mein Geld warte ich immer noch. Habe bei der Beschwerdestelle der EU-Kommission für online-Handel ec.europa.eu ein Verfahren eröffnet. Mal sehen, ob das etwas bewirkt.
Heise/ Geizhals sollte diesen Anbieter streichen, unseriös.
