Was meinst du damit?

Im Erfolgsfall und nach Abgabe eines Kostenvoranschlages.

Nach Aufwand nur bei entsprechender Vorwarnung und Zustimmung meinerseits.

Dann würdest du z.B. bei komplizierten risikoreichen OPs wahrscheinlich niemanden finden, der sich bereit erklärt, diese durchzuführen. Oder bei chronischen Erkrankungen, die nicht geheilt werden können wären dann Erfolgshonorare obsolet.
Wenn du so rechnest wären sicher zahlreiche Berufszweige von ihrer Existenz bedroht, nimm zB die Lehrer.

Das ist ja der Punkt. Das Geld, das mir abgeknöpft wird, könnte ich eigentlich
brauchen für wirksame Behandlungen meiner Familie (Stichwort
Neurodermitis...).
Nichts gegen das Versicherungsprinzip, aber es sollte die eigene
Entscheidungsmöglichkeit geben bzw. mehr Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten (nebenbei
eine uralte Forderung von Dr. Margreiter). Wer nicht mit dem Fallschirm
springt, braucht keine Versicherung gegen Fallschirmabstürze.
Hast du dir schon mal überlegt, wieviele Jahre deines Lebens du verlierst
durch Arbeit, um diese Beiträge überhaupt zahlen zu können? Und wieviele
Krankheiten du dir gerade dadurch erst holst? Ist letztlich eine
Amortisationsrechnung. Wieviel Arbeitszeit musst du investieren, um dir eine
bestimmte Menge an zusätzlicher Lebenserwartung leisten zu können? Die
Parameter dieser Gleichung kennt man leider nicht im vorhinein.
Darum sollte jeder einzelne hier mehr Wahlmöglichkeit haben.

Wieviele Jahre du dadurch verlierst weiß ich nicht, aber ich weiß, dass in Österreich im Fall des Falles deine medizinische Versorgung gewährleistet ist, möge die Behandlung noch so teuer und die Krankheit noch so selten sein.
