Hallo Gemeinde.
Haben vor etwas mehr als einem Jahr ein Haus erworben. Diesen Sommer hat unser Nachbar seine Fassade dämmen lassen und gemeint, warum wir das nicht auch tun.
Also wieder zu unserem Haus. Fertiggestellt 1994 und das Ding wurde sicher nicht billig gebaut. Erdwärme, Fußbodenheizung, Kachelofen etc.
Die Wandstärke der Aussenwände beträgt ~ 42cm. Hab schon mehrere "Fachleute" gefragt, die einen meinen dämmen, die anderen wiederum meinen es wäre nicht notwendig auf Grund der Wandstärke.
Welche Ziegel verwendet wurden entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Ein Maurer meinte die Wandstärke würde ein Dämmung nicht erforderlich machen, wichtiger wäre die Fenster zu überprüfen. Die Fenster sind aus Holz und doppelt verglast und scheinen auch dicht zu sein.
Also nun meine Frage. Gibts Fachleute oder Kenner der Materie die das Thema kommentieren wollen? Dämmen ja oder nein?
