Ich esse ja gern Kartoffeln aber scheinbar hab ich kein Glück beim Einkaufen. Oft steht spreckig drauf und dann sinds erst so grauslich mehlig. Letztens hab ich einen 5kg Sack gekauft und der war gut, also den gleichen wieder gekauft- und diesmal kam beim Kochen das raus:

Was ist da passiert? Zu lange gekocht hab ich sie nicht. Wie gesagt gleiche Packung wie letztes mal

EDIT:
Die ine ist aus der alten Packung, gleich gekocht aber schön fest und gschmackig, die neue ist nicht nur zerbröselt sondern auch geschmacklich nur mehliger Mist.
