also so leicht ist das nicht:

Wer Flüge mittels Kreditkarte bezahlt hat, sollte sich an die Bank wenden, welche die Kreditkarte ausgestellt hat und bei ihr um Refundierung für nicht konsumierte SkyEurope-Flüge ansuchen.

habe gerade bei Visa angerufen, also die wissen gar nicht, wie sie das machen sollen. Die Dame meinte, ich solle mich an den Masseverwalter wenden.

na das wird noch lustig werden....

Ich hatte letztes Jahr im August einen Flug für den heurigen März gebucht, der dann vorigen Oktober gestrichen wurde. Nachdem mir Skyeurope angeboten hat, umzubuchen oder mir das Geld zurück zahlen zu lassen, wollte ich (war ja schon damals ein bisschen wackelig der Verein) das Geld zurück. Nach mehreren Urgenzen bekam ich dann folgendes Mail von Skyeurope:

Dear Mrs xxx,

We are referring to your refund request REM99B .

Allow us to take this opportunity to express our sincere apologies for the delay in processing your refund.
For your information, your payment was processed via our former credit card acquiring bank, which does not allow us now to process your refund directly, however we found a solution for this situation.

...und das hat dann auch funktioniert, irgendwann im Juli oder so habe ich dann letztendlich die Rückbuchung auf mein Kreditkartenkonto erhalten. Ich hab meine Kreditkarte von der Easybank, also keine "besondere". Die Bank wollte von mir nur vor der Rückbuchung noch eine "Sachverhaltsdarstellung" mit meiner Unterschrift.

Ah ja - die Freiflüge, ähm, ich glaub, die werd ich nicht mehr einlösen können...
