im zuge der umbenamsung seiner produkte nutzt upc mal wieder die gunst der stunde, um eine teuerung durchzusetzen und (mehr oder weniger) wie folgt zu begründen:

"Da Qualität natürlich auch ihren Preis hat, möchten wir Sie im Zuge dieses Schreibens informieren, dass UPC den Tarif für Ihr Paket anpassen wird."

wäre alles verständlich, wenn sie wenigstens konstante "qualität" liefern würden...

immerhin räumen sie eine "kostenlose vertragsbeendigung" ein:
"Bitte beachten Sie im Zusammenhang mit der Tarifanpassung Ihr Recht zur kostenlosen Vertragsbeendigung, das bis zum Inkrafttreten der Änderung (31.12.2009) schriftlich ausgeübt werden kann."

hat noch wer von euch diese lustige mail bekommen?
