Meine bislang letzte Bestellung im Dezember 2009 hat am Ende auch funktioniert. Das bestellte Navi wurde nach .at geliefert obwohl mir vorher vom amazon-Kundendienst telefonisch gesagt wurde, das Gerät "wird sicher nicht nach Österreich geliefert, auch wenn sie es jetzt in den Warenkorb legen können und durch den bestellvorgang bringen!" ...   Ach ja, und warum habe ich das Ding in .de und bei amazon bestellt, statt es in Wien lagernd zu kaufen? Da wäre es noch dazu um ca. 20 Euro billiger gewesen! Ganz einfach: weil Garmin den Kunden in Deutschland eine Aktion angeboten hat, wonach man für eben dieses Navi "lebenslänglich" Kartenupdates um einmalig 29,- Euro bekomme, statt um 129 Euro. Dafür muß das Gerät aber zwingend bei einem Händler in .de gekauft werden. Und Amazon war einfach der mir am relativ seriösten erscheinende deutsche Online-Händler, der das gewünschte Gerät zu akzeptablem Preis "lagernd" listete.    Genau diese Garmin-Aktion ist auch so ein Fall ... warum sollen in .de gekaufte Geräte "besser gestellt" sein, als in .at gekaufte? Das lasse ich mir als Konsument nicht gefallen. Ich kämpfe dagegen auf 2 Schienen: 1. indem ich die Konzerne austrickse und mir den Vorteil durch Nutzung der zur Verfüung stehenden globalen Infrastruktur nach Möglichkeit doch verschaffe, auch wenn sie mich als deppaten Ösi davon ausschliessen wollen 2. ich bekämpfe diese die diskriminierende Behandlung der Bewohner eines kleineren, "weniger wichtigen" EU-Landes in jeder mir möglichen Form. Am besten und effizientesten durch entsprechende öffentliche Anprangerung. Ich sehe es weder im konkreten Einzelfall noch generell oder prinzipiell ein, dass "die EU" und "die Globalisierung" den "Großen" nur Vorteile bringen soll und die "Kleinen" primär die Nachteile davon schultern und ansonsten brav die Goschn halten sollen.
