Ich hab kürzlich zwei Bestellungen bei H&M aufgegeben

Erste Bestellung:
Gesamtpreis: 30,71
Lieferadresse: Krems
Zahlungsmethode: Überweisung/Zahlschein

Zweite Bestellung (ca. eine Stunde später bestellt):
Gesamtpreis: 29,96
Lieferadresse: Wien
Zahlungsmethode: Überweisung/Zahlschein

Beides wurde so im Onlineshop bestellt und beide Bestellungen wurden wie oben angeführt per Mail bestätigt.

Doch einige Tage später kommt ein Mail mit dem Betreff "Ihre Bestellung ist auf dem Weg!", mit folgendem Inhalt:

- Die beiden Bestellungen wurden einfach von H&M zusammengefügt, Lieferort Wien.
- Die Zahlungsmethode wurde auf Nachname geändert.
- Der Gesamtbetrag ist €70,60

Das alles natürlich ohne mein Wissen geschweige denn meiner Zustimmung.

Wie oben angeführt habe ich im Onlineshop zwei unterschiedliche Bestellungen aufgegeben, Gesamtpreis €60,76.

Das Kundenservice antwortet folgendermaßen:

"Wie Sie der E-Mail mit der Lieferbestätigung entnehmen können, wurden Ihre Bestellungen zusammengefasst und per Nachname versandt. Die Nachnamelieferung wurde fällig, da Ihr Einkaufsrahmen zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung voll ausgeschöpft war. Ein Versand an zwei unterschiedliche Lieferorte ist nicht möglich. Die noch nicht ausgelieferte Ware wird automatisch an die letzte eingegebene Adresse versandt."

Was meint ihr dazu ? Ich finde es schon eigenartig, dass ich mit dem Absenden meiner Bestellung einem gewissen Kaufbetrag, einer Lieferadresse und einer Zahlungsmethode zustimme, diese Punkte dann aber nachträglich ohne meine Zustimmung abgeändert werden.
