Ein Autofahrer tötet mit 1,16 Promille einen Radfahrer, begeht dann Fahrerflucht, und bekommt 9 Monate BEDINGT und 720 € Geldstrafe.

Ich bin echt sprachlos!

Wäre der Radfahrer nicht gestorben und hätte er ihm stattdessen das Geldbörsel gestohlen, wäre er vermutlich für 3 Jahre im Häfen gesessen.

Man kann nur beten, dass der Staatsanwalt Berufung gegen dieses vollkommen irre Urteil einlegt.
