Trade Republic schreibt mir E-Mails bezüglich Einkommensnachweis, aber ich kann keinen Kontakt aufnehmen. Geht es noch jemandem so? Kann auch nix in der App angeben bzw senden ! Überlege schon das Depot zu schliessen bevor es gesperrt wird !

Horrible customer support
Horrible customer support - There product and prices are good; but pray you never need any support. They pretend they are always available, but even finding a contact form is a disaster. All hidden behind a FAQ and auto-replies.

No client support
There is literally no way to contact the client support, I had to update some documents and the app has just not way of doing that. That + not being able to get help for an EASY fix is so disappointing. It used to be my bank as well as my investments app. Never again.

Worst costumer support
The customer support is incredibly poor. I’m not familiar with them so I’m unsure if they’re simply being obtuse or genuinely are but regardless of how many times I explain the problem they simply don’t get it, or ignore it. It’s a shame because I like the concept and the app itself but decent support is a must for a bank.

Inexistent Customer service
Customer service is not just difficult to reach — it is impossible.
I have tried repeatedly to get help with a portfolio transfer after following all instructions, transferring out my cash, and submitting the required forms. There is no meaningful response, no clear point of contact, and no one who can actually take ownership of the issue.
For anything beyond basic app usage, there is effectively no customer support at all. If you ever need help with a transfer or a problem, you are on your own.
Very disappointing and unacceptable experience.
