Gestern trafen sich wieder etliche fotobegeisterte Geizhälse um bei gutem Essen fachzusimpeln, verschiedenstes auszuprobieren etc....

mit dabei waren (ohne bestimmte Reihenfolge):
D.P.H, weinmi, Alpenländer, xanadu59, phj, kaukus, m@tt, wuni, r'n'r, 4helli, "without", iraki, digijazz, alfidiver, Roo_kie, Peeping_Tom, Srv-02 und hariw

Lustig wars, gelernt haben wir alles was und ich hab mich besonders gefreut wieder einmal ein paar neue Gesichter gesehen zu haben.

Der Fotostammtisch geht nun bis Ende September in die erweiterte Sommerpause, ich freu mich schon auf ein wieder sehen,...

Übrigens, ich habe wieder einmal die Handbücher und das Internet bemüht:

Canon-Blitze (ausnahmslos alle slave-fähigen!) können *im Slave-Modus* wireless nicht auf den 2. Vorhang blitzen! Egal, welchen Master man verwendet (also z.B. ST-E2, 580er oder ein anderes masterfähiges EX-Speedlite). Und egal, welche kamera. Und ganz egal, was am Slave, am Master und/oder der Kamera eingestellt ist.

Blitzen auf den 2. Verschlussvorhang spielts nur dann, wenn der Blitz
a) im blitzfuss der Cam sitzt oder
b) entfesselt, aber mittels KABEL mit Blitzfuss verbunden ist

Es geht also nur Synchro auf 1. Vorhang oder "FP" (Hi-Speed"-Synchro).

Auch unter Einsatz von Funkauslösern (Pocketwizards, Skyports, Cactus etc. - egal was/welche) ist die Beschränkung nicht zu überwinden! Ist unglaublich ätzend!

Ich hätte auch nicht geglaubt, dass das nicht nur bei "Profis" sondern sogar bei einem "Pipifax-Amateur wie mir" jemals eine Rolle spielen könnte. Aber es tut. Wegen dieser Beschränkung konnte ich z.B. am WE einige ganz konkrete Fotos nicht machen!

Höchste Zeit, dass Canon die Master-Slave Steuerung und das ganze Thema "wireless flash" grundlegend überdenkt & weiterentwickelt! Ich will EOS-Bodies mit eingebauter FUNK-Stuereung, Übertragung ausnahmslos aller Steuerungsmöglichkeiten und eingebaute Funkempüfänger in den Speedlites selbst. Natürlich vom user ***mittels eigenem, entsprechend im Klartext beschriftetem Knopf*** jederzeit ein-/ausschaltbar!
